| *Retrieve Username & Password option: If your name, address and especially e-mail address are included in the Bichitra Community Directory book distributed during Durga Puja you can retrieve your username and password that have already been created for you. You need to have access to your e-mail address listed in the directroy. In case the e-mail address listed in the directory is inaccessible please send an e-mail message from your new e-mail address along with your name, address and phone number to bichitra@bichitra.org. |

| **Register and become a Bichitra member option: If you are not listed in the Bichitra Community Directory you need to use this option to be included in the members' database. Once registered, you may pay the annual membership fees to get access to information available only for Bichitra members (for example online directory). |
